Genome Orchestrator
Helix Monitoring System Monitoring and Reporting Cockpit
Scans bank integrations, POS services, government APIs and server endpoints 24/7; catches an outage before your users do and moves the team with an escalation matrix.
- 24/7 uptime and latency tracking
- Automatic alert on 3 consecutive pings
- SLA and MTTR reporting
Overview
Don't wait for the complaint: Helix catches an outage in seconds, alerts the right team and tracks it to closure.
In modern cloud architectures and financial systems, a single slow or unreachable API endpoint or banking service can stop entire workflows. WAGONN Helix scans every external service connection in your IT infrastructure continuously and reports deviations, latency rises and outages with millisecond precision.
When 3 consecutive failed pings are detected under the defined rules, the system raises an alert automatically and triggers the escalation matrix. Your support teams can respond before users complain.
Millisecond-precision ping
Every critical endpoint is tested at defined intervals and response times are measured.
Automatic incident and alert
When a threshold is crossed an ActiveAlert and incident are opened and assigned to the team.
Tiered escalation
Unresolved incidents climb to senior managers through SMS, email and Slack/Teams.
SLA and MTTR report
Uptime, downtime and mean time to repair are compared with contract targets.
Outage and escalation simulator
Take a service down and watch three failed pings turn into an alarm.
Pick a monitored service and start an outage. After 3 consecutive failed pings Helix opens an ActiveAlert, notifies the team and, if unresolved, climbs the escalation chain. Move time forward and fix the outage to see the MTTR.

Live uptime and latency monitor
Follow instant latency, HTTP status codes and 30-day uptime of banking APIs, GİB networks (Synapse), cargo services and integration gateways from one screen.
- Millisecond-precision pingEvery critical endpoint is tested at defined intervals and response times are measured in ms.
- Smart fault detectionUnreachable and server errors (500, 502, etc.) are tagged instantly and the source of failure is diagnosed.
- Financial flow insuranceOn bank POS or payment gateway errors the payment orchestrator is triggered so transactions flow to alternative channels.

Why Helix
Six advantages that catch an outage before your users do
Unlike classic server monitoring tools, Helix works aware of your Genome business workflows and integration architecture.
24/7 live uptime tracking
Every integration point, bank service and legal API is scanned without interruption.
Automatic alert and escalation
An ActiveAlert opens on failed pings; the IT team gets SMS and email.
PostgreSQL metric logging
Latency and status code of every ping are stored for retroactive SLA reporting.
Bank and POS health check
Error codes such as 502 and 504 on payment gateways are analyzed instantly.
SLA-level performance analysis
Providers' contract commitments are compared and an objective report is produced for management.
Easy target definition
New targets are added in seconds with CreateMonitoredTargetCommand.

What to know about Helix
Answers to common questions. For more, get in touch with us.
Helix is the live monitoring module that continuously watches every bridge and API endpoint the Genome ecosystem has with the outside world, banks, government bodies and custom integrators, and logs latency and uptime.
All REST and SOAP external web services, banking integrations, virtual POS endpoints, Synapse e-Transformation GİB services, cargo APIs and the status of any internal or external server or port, by ping period.
When the monitoring engine detects 3 consecutive failed pings (timeout or HTTP error) on a target, it creates an ActiveAlert automatically. By the escalation matrix rules the alert first lands in the relevant IT specialist's queue; when time runs out it moves to the DevOps manager and then the IT Director.
Through the Helix admin interface or API endpoints you define the target's name, URL, ping period (e.g. 10 seconds), timeout limit (e.g. 5000 ms) and alert rules; the target is monitored within seconds.
Response times, HTTP status codes and timestamps of all pings are stored in the monitoring_logs table in PostgreSQL. This data feeds live dashboard charts and monthly SLA performance reports.
Yes. Besides being the native monitoring engine of Genome, flexible web service adapters let Helix watch your other independent web applications, external servers and third-party APIs from one central IT cockpit.
Glossary
Terms used on this page
- Latency
- The time in milliseconds between a data packet leaving the source, reaching the target and the response returning.
- Uptime
- The share of total monitoring time, in percent, during which a system or service is online and working.
- Incident
- An outage or performance drop in the normal operation of a service.
- SLA
- Service Level Agreement. An agreement that states the service level and availability a provider commits to.
- MTTR
- Mean Time to Repair. The average time from a failure being reported to it being resolved.
- ActiveAlert
- The alert record raised on a failure that stays open in the IT cockpit until resolved.
