Overview
Do not let your corporate voice wait in a developer queue: let whoever writes it publish it.
Fast-moving campaigns, new announcements, regulatory updates and industry blog posts all need constant updating. Soma, the publishing organ of Genome, lets you manage this content without a development team.
Everything you create in Soma works fully integrated with Membrane, the web presentation layer. A menu addition, a translation, a form design or a 301 rule reaches the live site within milliseconds.
Page and blog editor
Plan content with a rich text editor, drafts and scheduled publishing flows.
Multilingual menus
A drag-and-drop menu tree; titles and links are managed independently per language.
Dynamic forms
Design quote, newsletter and support forms and collect requests in the lead pool.
SEO and redirects
Meta fields, 301/302 redirects and a dynamic sitemap.xml in one panel.
Publishing editor
Type the title: address, SEO, redirect and sitemap prepare themselves.
Pick a piece of content or open a new post, then edit the title and description. Soma builds the address, blocks collisions, checks SEO limits, opens a 301 redirect when the address changes and publishes to Membrane.

FAQ
What to know about Soma CMS
Answers to common questions. For more, get in touch with us.
Absolutely not. Soma is designed for non-technical teams such as marketing and corporate communications. With the visual text editor you can write, upload images and fill in the SEO fields to publish the page.
Orderings and additions you make in the hierarchical menu editor become active on Membrane within milliseconds of pressing Save. No web server restart is needed.
Submissions are encrypted after privacy validation and saved to the Genome database. If you wish, the data can also be integrated with the other business modules of the ecosystem.
With Soma's URL redirect panel you can map the links of your old site to new addresses and set 301 (permanent redirect) rules, keeping the site's current ranking strength on Google.
When a new page, category or blog post goes live in Soma, the system rebuilds the dynamic XML sitemaps in the background automatically, so search engines learn about new content right away.
