Stop running e-documents by hand: a document approved in the ERP is validated, signed and sent to GİB on its own.
In modern enterprise ERP architectures, the speed and legal compliance of e-document processes are critical. Synapse handles all the data exchange: tax ID lookups on customer cards, converting invoices, waybills and archive documents to legal formats, delivering them to GİB, and e-Ledger seals.
As a QNB E-Solutions authorized integrator, WAGONN is natively integrated with all its e-transformation solutions. Thanks to the flexible adapter layer, you can keep your current custom integrator and work from the same panel.

Synapse is the API and integration gateway module of the Genome ecosystem that handles data exchange with the outside world, banks, government bodies and custom integrators. It converts invoices, logistics slips and journal entries produced in the ERP to legal e-document standards (XML / UBL-TR) and delivers them.
WAGONN is the official authorized solution partner of QNB E-Solutions, with native integration to its e-Invoice, e-Archive, e-Waybill and e-Ledger solutions. Thanks to the flexible adapter architecture it also works with other custom integrators.
With the authorized partnership you get a direct, fast data bridge to the QNB E-Solutions APIs that adapts to regulation changes immediately.
As soon as an invoice or shipment is approved in Thalamus, Synapse is triggered. The receiver's tax ID is looked up; for a taxpayer, the UBL-TR 2.1 XML is prepared, validated, signed and delivered to GİB via the integrator. Otherwise the document is issued as an e-Archive invoice. GİB status codes are reflected in the ERP.
When a monthly period closes, journal and general ledger files are packaged to the legal schemas, signed with a cloud HSM or financial seal, and the seal files are sent to GİB automatically. The approved seal is downloaded back and archived.
Yes. Synapse can run as a native part of Genome, and with its open API documentation it can also serve as a standalone e-transformation bridge for other on-premise or cloud ERP, e-commerce and CRM software.
