Working in line with KVKK, Nucleus also coordinates administrative work on the same platform, from tracking assigned equipment to shuttle occupancy and daily meal lists.

Nucleus is the corporate human resources layer of the Genome ecosystem. It brings all HRIS operations under one roof, from personnel records to statutory payroll and timekeeping, asset management and the coordination of shuttle and meal services.
Yes. Nucleus follows current Turkish social security legislation, tax brackets, incentive laws such as 5510 and 6111, and minimum living and deduction parameters. When statutory rates change, the parameters are updated.
You can set up the approval mechanism to match your organization. For example, an annual leave request goes first to the department manager, then HR and, if needed, the general manager. Email and push notifications go out at every step and the balance updates instantly.
The administrative or IT team defines fixed assets by barcode and serial number. The moment one is assigned to an employee, a legally valid handover form is created automatically, and returns and maintenance are tracked on the same record.
The administrative team enters menus, shuttle departure and route times, and vehicle plate and driver details directly in the Nucleus admin panel. Employees reach this information through the mobile app or the web.
Yes. Nucleus works fully integrated with the other modules under the Genome orchestrator, and with open API support it can also be integrated with your existing ERP, accounting or CRM software and run as a standalone HR system.
