Genome Orchestrator
Plexus B2B B2B Customer Portal and E-Collection System
A self-service cockpit where your dealers manage their own orders, payments and invoices. Automate collection with split payment and virtual POS.
- Live stock from Thalamus ERP
- Tiered discounts per dealer
- Split payment and DBS
Overview
End the orders that arrive by phone: the dealer orders, pays and tracks in their own portal.
In a classic B2B setup, taking orders by phone or email, following account balances and checking open invoice payments put heavy workload and human error on the finance team. Plexus turns these processes into self-service.
Thanks to the built-in Thalamus ERP integration it collects orders against live stock, contract prices per dealer, tiered discounts and risk limits, and splits one order's payment across POS, DBS, credit line or bank transfer.
Two-way with Thalamus
Stock, account movements and price updates sync with the ERP instantly.
Dealer-specific pricing
Account and group discounts plus the campaign layer are calculated at runtime.
Split payment
One order is shared between credit card, DBS, credit line and bank transfer.
24/7 self-service
Statements, e-invoices and quote approval on the dealer's own screen.
Order lifecycle
Pick, price and collect a dealer order in four steps.
From live catalogue stock to split payment, the whole flow runs by itself. Try the steps: choose products, change the quantity, set the discount tier and split the payment across channels.
