Genome Orchestrator
Stratum Agile Agile Project Tracking and Effort Management
Run software, marketing and operations projects on Kanban boards; turn man-hours into cost and follow the roadmap and team capacity live with Gantt.
- Scrum and Kanban boards
- Card-level effort and cost
- Live Gantt and critical path
Overview
Run projects on data, not guesses: board, effort, cost and capacity meet on the same card.
Tracking dozens of simultaneous projects, balancing the workload and keeping to delivery dates is among the hardest parts of modern organizations. Stratum, the project management module of Genome, makes tasks visible on Kanban boards and plans sprints with Story Points.
Integrated with every module, Stratum lets team members log man-hours directly on completed tasks; the system matches the effort to cost tables and calculates the project budget instantly.
Scrum and Kanban
Backlog, sprint, Story Points and burn-down; drag-and-drop workflow stages.
Effort and cost
Hours logged on a card reach the project budget instantly through the hourly cost rate.
Gantt and critical path
Dependencies and delays update live on the roadmap.
Capacity balancing
Overloaded or idle people show up against the weekly hour limit.
Sprint board
Drag the cards: burn-down, cost, bottleneck and workload react instantly.
Move cards across stages on the Sprint-24 board (drag and drop or step with the arrows), log hours on a card and watch how Stratum updates progress, cost, the bottleneck alert and each person's capacity.

Effort tracking and costing
Follow not only the status but also the cost of projects instantly. Man-hours logged on task cards are linked to corporate cost centers automatically.
- Card-level live effort loggingTeams declare effort on the card with date, duration (hours) and a description.
- Real-time cost analysisThe total budget spent on a project is calculated instantly from each person's defined hourly cost rate.
- Approval and audit mechanismEffort goes through the project manager's approval or comes back for revision, guaranteeing accurate data.

FAQ
What to know about Stratum
Answers to common questions. For more, get in touch with us.
It fully supports Scrum, Kanban and hybrid Agile practices. Sprint backlogs, Story Point prioritization and burn-down charts are ready to use, and Gantt and dependency management cover traditional workflows.
The effort employees write on cards is multiplied by the hourly internal cost rate defined on their organizational card. The cost of every task, sprint and project to the company is calculated instantly.
Yes. As task statuses change on the Kanban board or effort is logged, the Gantt chart recalculates in the background. If a delay affects dependent later phases, it shows on the critical path.
The Workforce Balancing panel compares each person's weekly capacity (e.g. 40 hours) with the effort actually declared and the total points of their active work. When the threshold is exceeded the person is flagged as overloaded.
Customer or employee tickets from the Reflex module can be turned into a development or bug-fix task in Stratum with one click, tying the ticket's resolution to the software team's sprint planning.
