Overview

Do not make visitors wait, let search engines understand: speed and SEO in the same layer.

The speed your visitors meet when they interact with your corporate website or customer portals is your brand's digital prestige. Membrane, the external presentation layer of Genome, serves pages in milliseconds with a Redis-based static caching architecture.

Wrapping the dynamic content from Soma CMS safely, the layer carries SEO at its core: dynamic OpenGraph, Schema.org micro data and language-aware routes give search engines semantic, clean HTML.

  • Memory cache

Pages that rarely change are served from memory without waiting for the database.

  • Dynamic SEO

Meta tags, OpenGraph cards and JSON-LD are generated from the page content.

  • Localized routes

Language-aware addresses and browser language detection, with a fallback language for missing translations.

  • Safe components

Responsive layout, library-free sliders and accordions, CSRF-protected forms.

FAQ

What to know about the Membrane Interface Layer

Answers to common questions. For more, get in touch with us.

  • Membrane uses a Redis-based in-memory cache and static page compression in the background. After the first load, pages are served from memory; the database is not hit on every request and server load falls.

  • Content managers fill in Meta Title, Meta Description and Meta Keywords in the Soma CMS panel when they add a page or blog. Membrane captures this data and places it in the HTML header automatically, and also generates OpenGraph and Schema.org data.

  • Membrane produces clean code that follows semantic HTML5 standards. Thanks to the dynamic sitemap.xml that Soma generates automatically, search engines notice new pages and blog posts at once and index them.

  • Membrane loads the right language files and Soma's localized content from the language parameter in the address (/tr or /en). If the user has not chosen, it analyzes the browser language or geographic IP location and redirects to the page in the right language.

  • Every form submission on Membrane is secured with CSRF (cross-site request forgery) protected token validation, and the data in the form fields is also validated on the server.
